As a small but fine furniture manufacturer, we face the challenge of customised series production every day. In doing so, we combine reliable and high-precision custom work with the fulfilment of personal special requests. Seen in this light, the Janua collection is a declaration of love for modern living with traditional values.
While classics such as the SK 01 Monolith, BB 11 Clamp and BC 02 Cantina tables are still appreciated, we have expanded our repertoire and added the Basket Series to the collection. In addition to the characteristic wood, noble natural stone also found its way into the collections, both for indoor and outdoor use.
The bench transforms into the now for the future. Moved from the wall with a delicate back board. The seat surround also comes in wood, refined with new cosy seat cushions. Optionally with upholstery in front of the back board, or decorative upholstery placed loosely with it.
Basket sideboard is an extension to the table series. The two have in common the 2 cm thick stone top with the beautifully rounded pebble edge. The materiality of the bases of the tables is reflected in the feet of the sideboard.
A piece of furniture for every taste and every living situation: Because the BC 06 RooM 68 shelving system by the Hamburg design duo Hoffmann and Kahleyss is modular in concept, the clever mix of strong solid wood surfaces and filigree aluminum allows for numerous possible combinations. Whether as a low, side or highboard, in front of the wall or placed freely in the room, with doors, flaps or drawers - the shelf transforms as needed, is practical, elegant and sensual in equal measure. A favorite piece for every home - and thanks to its simple dismantling a must for modern nomads.
A matching counterpart with its own personality: the BC 09 Basket coffee table is more than a small counterpart. Mobile and sociable, it expands the Basket collection in a versatile way or stands confidently on its own.
From the cooperation with Big Green Egg, the most popular ceramic Kamado grill, this new round stone table grilling experience was born. The old Japanese Kamado tradtion, mixed with the innovative ceramic technology of NASA. The result is a perfect, modern outdoor cooking device: The Big Green Egg.
